100% Satisfaction Guarantee

“I, Bob Burton, offer Satisfaction Guaranteed on the performance of my real estate services. If, for any reason, you do not feel I have earned my commission in my work to market or sell your home, I will refund 100% of the commission paid to me by my brokerage company for my services, after the close. I do not guarantee the performance of any other agents’ service and in no way offer to refund any part of any commissions paid to them. If another agent is involved in this transaction, operating as a buyer’s agent, your refund will be limited to my portion of the commissions paid. This is usually 50% of the total commissions agreed to in the listing and purchase contracts.”

To receive a refund you must submit a refund request in writing along with a brief explanation of why you feel I did not earn my commission. This request must be delivered to my office within three working days of the close of your transaction either in person or by certified mail.
